Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Registration

• Your gift card is valid for 3 months from the date of registration.
• Registration must be completed within 10 days of receipt by either:
  • Calling Milner Studios on 0408 412 624, or
  • Completing the online registration form.
• Gift cards are not valid until registered.

2. Booking Fee

• A $50 booking fee is required to secure your session, as the studio and photographer are reserved exclusively for you.
• If you cancel or postpone your photo session or ordering appointment within 3 days of the appointment, a $50 re-booking fee may apply.

3. Presenting Your Gift Card

• Please bring your gift card with you to your photo session.

4. Usage Rules
Your gift card:

• Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
• Is not redeemable for cash.
• May only be used as described in the original gift card offer.
• Cannot be applied to images from a previous session or used to purchase additional gift cards.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Tampered Cards

• Milner Studios reserves the right to void any gift card that appears altered or tampered with.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

6. Agreement to Studio Terms

• By booking your photography session, you agree to comply with the full Milner Studios Terms & Conditions available on our website.
• Please read these prior to attending your session, as they contain important information about your booking.

2. Milner Studios Gift Card received as a gift from a Friend or love one

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Expiry & Registration

• Your Experience Gift Card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• To ensure smooth booking, we recommend registering your card as soon as possible by either:
  • Calling Milner Studios on 0408 412 624, or
  • Completing the online registration form.

2. Booking & Fees

• Once a booking is made, the session fee amount will be deducted from your gift card balance and is non-refundable.
• If you cancel or postpone your photo session or ordering appointment, a $50 re-booking fee may apply.

3. Presenting Your Gift Card

• Please bring your gift card with you to your appointment.

4. Usage Rules
Your gift card:

• Is not redeemable for cash.
• May only be used as described in the original gift card offer.
• Cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Tampered Cards

• Milner Studios reserves the right to void any gift card that appears tampered with.
• We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen cards, or cards used without permission.
