Can I Purchase an Experience without Booking a Photoshoot Date?

Absolutely.  You can purchase a photoshoot experience to use at a later time.  All Experiences eGfit Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.  Buy an Experience Gift Card Now or by calling 0430 425 866.  You can even gift the experience to a friend or love one!

Can I have my Photos taken at my Home or on Location?

Yes.  For a small travel fee, we can come to your home or a location of your choice.  For outdoor locations we normally shoot either early in the morning or late in the day.  Please book either a 10am or after 4pm time slot on the booking calendar and we will adjust the actual photoshoot time to accomodate for the best light depending on the season.

Do you Provide Clothes or Props for Us to Use and Wear?

We do have a limited arrangement of props and clothes.  Generally we encourage you to bring 3-4 changes of your own clothes and personal items that are unique to you.  We can help you select the best clothing styles and items to bring, and we can also arrange specialised rental clothing from costume suppliers for those who are adventurous.

Do You Provide a Service for Hair and Makeup?

Yes.  We have a professional makeup stylist who can provide a light makeover and hair styling for you to look and feel amazing.  There will be an option to book this service after you have selected a photoshoot date.

Who can Come and Participate in My Photoshoot?

We encourage you to bring the whole family.  If it's all about you or the kids, we recommend bringing the rest of the family in at the end of the photoshoot so as to capture those important shots with everyone.  Whether this be multiple generations of your family, just you and your partner, or you and your pets.  Our artwork is intended to be a part of your home forever so we want to ensure that your loved ones are all included.

How Long will I have to Wait to Receive my Artworks?

Generally a week or two following your photoshoot, you and your partner will be invited back to view and select your favourites images.  Depending on the type of shoot you have, you will either view them on our large screen or may be able to view finished portraits ready for you to take home on the day.  It may take 1-2 weeks for additional enlargements to be ready for collection from the studio.

Do You Offer Corporate or Commercial Photography Services?

Do You Offer Payment Plan Options so I can Get What I Want?

Yes we do.  We offer a flexible interest free payment plan for up to 12 months.  There is a 25% deposit required to secure this service.
